Terms governing your use of Swarg Fitness facilities, memberships, website, and mobile application.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Swarg Fitness when you purchase a membership, enter our premises, or use our website or mobile app.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services or enter the facility.
Membership plans, fees, inclusions, and validity periods are as described at the time of purchase and in your membership agreement.
Membership is personal and non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by management.
We may suspend or terminate membership for non-payment, policy violations, unsafe behaviour, or misuse of facilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it updated.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue app features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Payments may be collected in person, online, or through approved digital channels including Razorpay.
Wallet balances are for use within Swarg Fitness services as configured by the gym and are non-transferable except where required by law.
Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy and applicable consumer protection law.
Physical exercise involves inherent risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate or have obtained appropriate medical clearance.
Our trainers provide guidance but do not replace professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise programme.
Swarg Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Members must follow our Gym Use Guidelines, staff instructions, and all posted facility rules.
Harassment, discrimination, vandalism, unauthorised photography in changing areas, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who threatens the safety, comfort, or rights of others.
All branding, content, training materials, and software associated with the Services remain the property of Swarg Fitness or its licensors.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content or systems without written permission.
By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications by SMS, WhatsApp, email, or push notification.
Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out through available settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swarg Fitness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies.
We encourage members to contact us first to resolve concerns amicably before initiating formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at swargfitness.com/terms with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
